Return & Refund Policy

At Tapochki PK, we are committed to delivering premium quality footwear and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
  • You received the wrong size or wrong item
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or worn shoes
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Orders returned without original packaging

Size Exchange Policy

If your size doesn’t fit, we offer a size exchange within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

Important:

  • Shoes must be unworn and in original condition
  • Customer may be responsible for delivery charges for exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging
  3. Our team will review and arrange replacement or refund

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed only for eligible cases such as:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Out-of-stock exchange request

Refund method:

  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (depending on customer preference)

Processing time:

  • 5–10 business days after approval

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery purchases:

  • Refunds are not issued in cash
  • Approved refunds are sent digitally via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
