At Tapochki, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our terms and policies carefully before making a purchase.
Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 15 working days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, with packaging and all tags intact.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 4 working days of purchase, subject to the product being unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days after approval.
Important Conditions
- A valid sale invoice is required for any exchange or refund.
- Used or worn products are not eligible for exchange, refund, or claim.
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty claims.
Warranty & Repairs
- Tapochki offers a 1-month free service warranty on footwear.
- After this period, any repairs will be chargeable.
- No service warranty is provided on sale or promotional items.
- Repair or claim processing time is up to 15 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders canceled after online payment without a valid reason may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the total order value.
- Tapochki reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 5 to 7 working days.
- Delivery times may be affected during sales, public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
